What better way to end this pregnancy than with another project? LOL
The timing is less than ideal but that is typically how it goes, so when this lemon came up as an opportunity for us, we grabbed the Titos made a drink rolled up our sleeves and jumped right in.
This sweet little home is 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath and about 1300 sqft.
After our last project we swore up and down we wouldn't take on another where we did all the work ourselves and with me being a few months shy of giving birth it only made sense to partner up with someone who had teams to handle the reno!
So I got to sit back, design, source and order!

Ok, it is hard to see it now but with the right amount of squinting and creativity I can see it come to life! This is the kitchen space that needs completely re-worked. We are taking down the wall that was built up to allow for a big island and open the space up to the living.

There is a lot of work that needs to be done with many more details we cannot miss. This project is very exciting because it is practically building from nothing. It's a complete design from the studs which allows for more creativity but also means I have a tighter budget to work in. Challenge accepted!
